The organization was founded in 2005 in loving memory of R. Andrew Helgeson.  We are a 501(c)(3) Public Charity.
The mission of the foundation is to spread awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the USA. 330,000 Americans die from Sudden Cardiac Arrest each year.  That's 900 deaths per day -- one every 2 minutes.
